WL800H-A DESCRIPTION

WL800H-A  it contains both high temperature  resistance  3  axis  accelerometer  sensor and 3 axis fluxgate magnetometer sensor,the inclination and toolface data measured by 3 axis accelerometer.the azimth data measured by 3 axis magnetometers. In addition,the WL800H-A  can  meausre  the total  acceleration,total  magnetic  intensity,  magnetic tool face angle,magnetic well inclination,temperature.

WL800H-A uses ASCII to communicate through two-way TTL interface.The WL800H-A Software includes a mode for automatically sending data.

Electrical Interface:

WL800H-A adopts MDM9SH003P connector. The functions of connector leads toare shown in table 2.The  input  voltage  range   of  WL800H-A   is  +10V~+36V.  UART  or RS232  serial  communication interface is adopted, and the UART interface is compatible with TTL and  CMOS levels.The default baud rate is 9600, with a stop bit and no synchronization bit. Users can change baud rate by setting parameters in the sensor EEROM.The WL800H-A can use two communication protocols:

 

1)The ASCII

The ASCII protocol is based on sending ASCII characters (instructions) to WL800H-A to get data.To respond to commands, send data to ASCII data streams including carriage return and line feed, which are easily displayed on computer display terminals.

2) Binary

Binary protocol is used for high-speed data transfer between MCUS.In this mode,  1 byte is sent to request  data,  and  WL800H-A  replies with  multi-byte packets,  including the  required  data,  data header, check bit and data tail.

WL800H - A MDM connector lead definition as shown in figure 2, which has a connector between the up  and  down  through  line,  some  through  wire  twisted  together  by  sensors,  avoid  penetration influence on magnetic flux gate line current, you need to use twisted together line as the power cord, and through the current shoulds not be too large, up and down the connector of the power input and output power line inside the sensor directly connected.

COMPUTER(PC) INTERFACE

The   communication   interface    of  WL800H-A   sensor   is  UART    (TTL/CMOS   compatible)   serial interface.In the  standard  configuration,  data  is transferred to the WL800H-A via the  RX  port  and output from the WL800H-A via the TX port.The default baud rate is 9600 with one stop bit and no parity bit.
