Ms. Peng Jurong (then called "Peng"): since childhood I was a man who preferred to challenge. My initial intention to start business was very simple, and I felt that entrepreneurship was especially difficult, and I should be able to do it. Many friends say that I am not suitable for business. Every time I see people or customers around me, I feel their spirit without complaints and regrets, patriotism standing behind them, my blood boils, and sometimes I carry out many projects without earning money and even at a loss. Having the opportunity to participate in some important national affairs, I also feel the glory of my country. Currently, the Zhiteng company is mainly focusing on the development of high -precision sensors, forming a full production chain from designing sensors, packaging modules to systemic equipment and software. They are mainly used in the aerospace industry, exploration of energy resources, intellectual equipment and other areas. Guided by the topic “Research, development and localization of high -precision and highly rental sensory technologies”, the company takes on the basis microelectronic technologies, conducts in -depth research in the field of sensory technologies and integrated circuits and develops serial products to high thermal resistance, resistant to supername temperatures, with high accuracy and high reliability. Basically, the company conducts research and development in three areas: various acceleration sensors, orientation sensors and inertial navigation systems.

Presenter: What has been your biggest change from the moment the business starts to date?

Pan: The biggest change for me is the transformation from a young girl who loves to read and drink tea, into a sharp sister with spikes throughout the body. I became more confident in myself and no longer pay attention to some comments and opinions of other people.

Presenter: In the process of opening a business, there will definitely arise many problems and difficulties. How did you solve them?

Peng: My stress resistance is very high. Those solved difficulties, even if they once brought me to exhaustion, seem to me a matter of the past. I think that the biggest problem is still at the moment, including how to overcome your own ceiling, how to overcome a narrow place in the team and stimulate the overall growth of everyone.

Presenter: What are you relying on to relieve stress after work? What is your biggest hobby?

Peng: In addition to managing the internal affairs of the company, I often go on business trips. I often fly to Shanghai and Beijing in the morning and returning to Qindao in the evening. I have seen Beijing many times at 1 hour of the morning, Shanghai at 1 hour of night, Loan at 1 hour of the morning, Sien at 1 hour of the morning and most often Tsindao at 1 hour of the morning. When I was just starting my business, I could have fun after relieving stress. But in recent years, I feel that I have coexisted with stress. He drove into my blood and bones. I think that I no longer need to relieve stress. At the same time, I am a person with a rich imagination, and my biggest hobby is reading. Seeing a good book, I plunge into it and worry all kinds of ups and falls. This cordial and pleasant feeling has no equal. I love the book "The Great Empire Qin", which was later filmed in the television series. Although I read this book more than ten years ago, I am still very touched when I watch the series now. Pan: I very seriously thought about this issue, and in the end I still feel that my present life is what I like and what I am most striving for. Maybe this is a little show -off, but these are my true thoughts. The family has 4 healthy elderly people and 4 cheerful children. I can mix bitterness and joy of work, anger and laughter, as well as music and wine. The most important thing is that I better enjoy bitterness. No matter what difficulties I come across, I can always find some reasons to make myself happy. I live in accordance with my dreams, when I am busy, I live in accordance with the landscape when I play, and live in accordance with myself when I am alone. I really like this state of life.
